DO YOU SERVICE MY AREA?

We service most of the Madison area, Verona WI, Stoughton WI, Oregon WI, Fitchburg WI, Monona WI, Edgerton WI, Mcfarland WI, Sun prairie WI, Waunakee WI, DeForest WI, Middleton WI, Madison WI.

HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?

Simply visit the Order Form to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES, PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?

We bring our own environmentally friendly cleaning supplies and equipment. We use Better Life Products, which are plant-derived products that are free of dyes, synthetic fragrances, sulfates, and petroleum solvents. They're also biodegradable, packaged in recyclable containers, and never tested on animals. All of their products are safe for your pets, little ones and family. Only essential oils are used in their scented products. They're naturally derived, they smell wonderful, and they're a healthy, responsible replacement for synthetic fragrances. They're free of harsh chemicals and killing agents, and they offer powerful performance and are safe on surfaces.

We also use vacuum cleaners with HEPA filtration. Vacuums with HEPA filtration keep the dust down in your home, which means less frequent dusting and better air quality. The filter will prevent contaminates and impurities being released directly back into the air flow. Suffering from allergies and asthma is a constant battle as it is, without having to worry about flare ups at home. The HEPA filter will be able to rid the air of the pollutants that can cause allergy and asthma flare ups. The filter will be particularly useful in the summer months, when hay fever is at its most prominent, as it will easily pick up pollen particles and stop them from being released into the air.

There is no greater peace of mind than knowing that you are residing in a safe and clean home, especially if you have little ones running around. Since our guarantee is to only use vacuums with a built in HEPA filter, this can help you to find that peace of mind, by ensuring that you and your little ones can breathe easy and deeply

ARE CLEANING SUPPLIES INCLUDED?

Cleaning supplies aren't included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products you like and there isn't any cross-contamination from house to house.

However, if you don't have supplies, we can bring them for an additional charge of $10 per visit ($15 for move-in/out cleanings). You can opt-in to this option from your customer dashboard. Also, you can click here to see a list of items to have on hand. Please note: we always use your vacuum and mop/bucket so please be sure to have those items on-hand.

AM I CHARGED THE FULL QUOTED AMOUNT EVEN IF IT DOESN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO CLEAN MY HOUSE?

No, you're only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren't charged the full amount quoted.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?

Please get in touch with us right away and we'll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

we don't guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It's completely up to you. If you're not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Here's what's included in each space:

Kitchen Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Blinds and Window Ledges, Kitchen Cabinets (Outside), Clean Stove Top & Stove Fan, Clean Microwave, Clean Countertops, Clean Large Electronic Appliances, Scrub & Clean Sinks, Polish all Stainless Steel Surfaces, Empty Trash Can, Dust & Wipe Laundry Are, Vacuum Kitchen & Laundry Floors & Rugs, Baseboard & Corners Detail Cleaning, Mop Kitchen & Laundry Floors, Clean Entrance Glass Door. *Same services would be performed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.

Bath & Tub Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Blinds and Window Ledges, Wipe Bathroom Cabinets (Outside), Scrub & Clean Sinks, Clean Countertops (special product for marble & stone), Clean Mirrors & Shine Chrome, Scrub & Clean Toilets, Scrub & Clean Tubs, Scrub & Clean Showers, Empty Trash Can(s), Vacuum Bathroom Floors & Rugs, Baseboard Detail Cleaning, Mop Bathroom Floors, Dust/Wipe Doors (optional). *Same services would be performed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.

Bedroom & Living Spaces

Cobweb Removal, Ceiling Fans, Dust Blinds and Window Ledges/Base, Make beds & change bed linens (when left on top of bed), Dust Furniture & Decorations, Clean Glass Table Tops, Empty trash in all bedrooms, living and office spaces, Vacuum all carpets, small rugs & stairs, Baseboard Detail Cleaning, Vacuum Bathroom Floors, Mop Bathroom Floors, Dust/Wipe Doors (optional). *Same services would be performed for Move In/Move Out cleaning.

We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

Other Services Not Offered:

Wet wiping light bulbs-time and risk of breakage is too high.

Washing and Putting away dishes-We will gather all dishes and glassware from around the house and load them into the dishwasher if applicable. We'd rather not put them away because we don't want to stack things in a way that you would not, and to reduce the risk of breakage.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

Two-Four cleaner is sent to your home. If you're on a recurring schedule, we'll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.

Trust & Safety

CAN I TRUST MY CLEANING PROFESSIONAL?

All of our folks are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Magnific Cleaning Services certified cleaner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG DURING MY APPOINTMENT?

If something goes wrong we're here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we'll be there to take care of it. That's our promise to you!

DO THE CLEANING PROFESSIONALS GO THROUGH A BACKGROUND CHECK?

Yes they do. We run a detailed background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

WHAT IS YOUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE POLICY?

If you're not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7 day window). If you still don't think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we'll refund your money.
